What if the battery runs out while riding?
Our team will come to your location and provide a swap battery at no extra cost within Rishikesh city limits. Outside city, a ₹200 service charge applies.
Do I need a driving licence for an electric scooty?
A valid driving licence (LMV or motorcycle) is required to rent. However, e-scooters below 25 km/h technically don't need a licence – our fleet goes up to 80 km/h, so a licence is mandatory.
Can I charge the scooter at my hotel?
Yes! Any standard 15A plug point works. We provide the charging cable. Most hotels in Rishikesh are happy to accommodate this.
Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit of ₹3,000 is required (fully refundable).
- Overcharging or tampering with the battery will attract repair charges.
- Night riding (post 10 PM) is allowed but at rider's own risk.
- The scooter must not be taken on dirt tracks or waterlogged areas.
