Upon returning the vehicle, our fleet coordinators inspect it for deep damage or traffic violations. If the vehicle is returned in original condition, the refund request is registered instantly. The funds are cleared and returned within 3 to 5 business days directly to your bank account or payment card.

We operate on a transparent "Like-to-Like" fuel policy to give you maximum flexibility:

• Delivery Level: Every vehicle is handed over with a designated level of fuel (notated clearly on your pickup check-sheet).
• Return Expectation: You are expected to return the vehicle with the exact same level of fuel.
